Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using LetAide's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.
Service Description
LetAide provides an AI-powered property management platform designed for UK HMO landlords and property owners. Our services include:
- Automated tenant communication and inquiry management
- Maintenance request tracking and coordination
- Compliance monitoring and documentation
- AI-powered insights and recommendations
- Property portfolio management tools
User Responsibilities
As a user of LetAide, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Comply with all applicable UK property management laws and regulations
- Use the service only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to access or interfere with our systems or other users' accounts
- Ensure all property and tenant data you upload is accurate and lawfully obtained
Subscription and Payment
LetAide operates on a subscription basis:
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually based on your selected plan
- All fees are in GBP and exclude applicable VAT
- You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
- Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
- No refunds for partial months or unused features
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of LetAide, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and AI models, are owned by LetAide Ltd and protected by UK and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our service without explicit written permission.
Data and Privacy
Your use of LetAide is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process personal data in accordance with GDPR and UK data protection laws. You retain ownership of your property and tenant data, and grant us a license to process this data solely to provide our services. We will never sell your data to third parties.
Service Availability
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience technical issues that temporarily affect service availability. We will provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance when possible.
Limitation of Liability
LetAide is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
- We are not responsible for third-party services or integrations
- You remain responsible for compliance with all property management regulations
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your subscription from your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, you will have 30 days to export your data before it is permanently deleted.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of LetAide will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by email or through our platform. Your continued use of LetAide after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
